This is yummy and a time saver in the mornings!
1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups water
1/2 cup milk
Put it all in the crock pot on low right before bed. They smell is wonderful in the mornings. It needs to cook 8-9 hours.
Optional: Add dried fruit like raisins or cranberries.
Add butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, or cinnamon for flavor.
Steel cut oats can be found in most grocery stores or health food stores.
