Some Ohio Snow

When we went to Ohio Chloe got to see more snow that she ever has.  It freaked her out a little because the snow was covered in a layer of ice.  When you would walk on it, it felt like you would fall right threw.  It just sounded like cracking ice.  After we let her off the leash to run in it she decided she liked it better.  I had trouble getting her to look up in any of the pictures because she was too interested in the snow and ice.

  1. I love it! I love all the pics! I was goign to ask you about food earlier. I have missed the blog world…even though I just started. It seems taht having a baby around has sucked my time dry! I get scared to add things to Diesels food just yet. We are trying to slowly get him to change over from what the breeder fed him.

  2. Abigail,
If you don’t mind me asking, what brand of food are you all plannig on feeding Diesel ? The breeder we got Chloe from had her on Purina Puppy Chow, so we just kept her on it. It’s not bad, but I have noticed that Iams puppy food seemed to be a little better when I raised our Lab on it. It is a little more expensive, but I think it is worth it. It might be worth doing some research on before you get started, I by no means am an expert.

  3. Abigail-I have missed you! I figure the baby has taken lots of time! I sure hope the new transition is going well!

Also I go see the photographer tomorrow!

  4. my first comment with my real identity. 🙂 Read my e-mail if you haven’t yet.

  5. Blake,,
I actually did a lot of reading on this. We are using Nutro Large breed puppy – lamb and rice. It is almost ALL natural with no fillers. I will find the link of food info and post it here soon.

  6. She was like me when I seen snow for the first time…in Jan of this year!!! =) It was also Ohio snow!!! HE HE HE
