This is the salsa that I made up. I didn’t figure out measurements but I will try to and update this then. Here are the ingredients that I used:
Roma tomatoes diced
Black beans
Corn
Fresh Cilantro
Jalapenos
Red Peppers
Red Onion
Fresh lime juice
Salt
Sugar
I love homemade salsa and have always enjoyed making my own. But, for some reason I have not been able to find fresh Cilantro in the UK. Any suggestions for a substitute???
